Summary
Working with children has always brought me joy. Growing up I babysat, taught swimming lessons, and was a lifeguard. I was surrounded by children and I loved it. I was very blessed to have wonderful parents who supported me and never allowed the excuse, “It’s the teacher’s fault”. As I got older, I began to notice many children that did not have this support and I wanted to help. When it came time for college, it was a no brainer. I knew I loved working with children and wanted a day to day challenge, teaching was it!
I am an energetic and highly motivated person. I am very dedicated to reaching the needs of all students. My greatest contribution is my willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to help my students be successful. We live in a world that is changing daily and becoming more and more technological. I want to assure my students are ready and prepared for the future, but they also know the basics.
