Her strategic partnerships with industry leaders, like Kastle Systems and HqO, have facilitated the introduction of impactful proptech solutions across the office portfolio.


Over the past 18 months, she has been instrumental in negotiating nearly 60 leases, totaling 450,000 square feet of office space in the DMV area. These transactions include significant headquarter relocations and market-leading deals, underscoring her adeptness in deal-making and market positioning.


In terms of capital improvements, Jennifer has directly overseen $20 million worth of projects this year alone.
