  • Formulate pain management, sedation, and anesthesia protocols for minor surgical procedures in triage such as wound and laceration repairs and placing casts.
  • Communicated and facilitated referrals from local veterinarians, other emergency clinics and specialty practices.
  • Provided pet owners with excellent customer service and compassionate care for animals.
  • Provide continuity of care for hospitalized patients overnight in a 24 hour hospital including contacting specialists in charge, facilitating changes in treatments based on patient status, and assisting in client communication during overnight if necessary.
