I currently work as an alternate lead on Line 5 in the Saline department. Only two of us can run line 5 and 6 and I’m one of them.

I have fun and promote teamwork. I know mostly all of the employees in the entire Solutions department on multiple shifts. I am super chill and easy to get along with, but I also know how to be a leader. My teammates do respect me and I have handled many problems or ‘work drama’ on both lines.

I have worked at Fresenius for 3 years now through the temp agency Elwood Staffing.

I have great attendance and strong work ethics and go the extra mile to ensure both lines run smoothly when I am running them.
