Summary

To whom it may concern, I am currently an instructional coach with the GRCSU. This is the final year that GRCSU will be using SU wide instructional coaches. During my four years as a coach I had the opportunity to expand my own learning through the leadership program at CU as well as obtaining a wealth of knowledge in the Science of Reading. Instructional Coaching afforded me the opportunity to work along the side of teachers as a partner for student centered learning. Through this experience I have found that I have two areas that I'm strongly pulled toward. The first is working with new teachers and helping them to build a strong foundation. The second is to build the foundation for our youngest learners. I believe that a solid foundation of educators builds a solid foundation for our pre-k through second students. Results-driven Building Instructional Coach with a knack for enhancing educational practices through innovative strategies and efficient task completion. Specialize in curriculum development, teacher training, and classroom management techniques. Excel at communication, leadership, and adaptability, leveraging these soft skills to foster an environment conducive to continuous improvement and positive learning outcomes.
