Responsible for answering customer inquiries and completing transaction requests received through the Interactive Teller Machine. This position is responsible for performing Teller transactions for existing customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner according to bank procedures. This position requires extensive customer interaction, and a broad knowledge of all bank products and general operations. Provides exceptional customer service in response to customer needs and requests.
Duties
1. Processing customer transactions through the interactive Teller Machine, such as, cashing checks, handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers
2. Provide information on balance inquires and answer any transactional questions regarding current deposit and loan products
3. Manage and resolve all customer request for updates, inquires or other issues
4. Provide quality customer service through knowledge of all bank products and services
5. Compliance with all branch policies and procedures
