• As the Clinical Supervisor I created the Clinical Staff’s schedule for all 4 of our locations, created job postings, conducted interviews for hiring, created and led onboarding and training programs for new staff. I managed all employee files, conducting audits for certifications ect.
• As the Lead MA, I was responsible for all clinical tasks each day included in a well visit, sick visit, re-check, consult, medication re-fill appointment, specimen collection, sterilization of instruments, as well as other visit types.
• In addition, I had the roll as the lead, therefore, I delegated tasks to teammates, turned in weekly inventory, order supplies as needed, tracked our private pay vaccines and VFC(Medicaid), followed up with patients regarding diagnostic testing results, wrote scripts for our providers, phone triaged patients, ran controls and proficiency testing on lab equipment and materials, assisted with staff scheduling, along with several other duties not specifically listed above.
• Answering phone calls, responding to voicemails, emails, scheduling, calling patients and event coordinators to remind them of scheduled appointment or clinics, administer vaccinations and medications via injection and IV, phlebotomy, breath tests, specimen processing, inventory/stocking/ordering supplies, creating lab orders via intranet for multiple lab companies, created and submitted bills to CPA, as well as other administrative and clinical tasks.
• At our clinics I performed phlebotomy on 15-50 clients per event, administered flu shots and other injections, measured and recorded vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure), as well as BMI.
•Led our team on site for clinical trials, coordinated with the team at SGS to set trials, dates, etc. I ensured studies were conducted effectively and ethically. Responsibilities included recruiting participants, collecting data from participants upon arrival, collecting specimens, beginning specimen processing, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
