  • Managed and maintained operations and staffing of 8 hospitals: 7 Medical City Locations in the DFW, TX area, and one Covenant Hospital location in Lubbock, TX
  • Responsible for coordinating the daily operation of hearing screen services to enhance and ensure effective program management and affiliate hospital coverage
  • Maintained consistent implementation and adherence to organizational policies and procedures as well as oversight of payroll, time, and attendance, coaching and mentoring of the team’s performance
