Responsible for coordinating the daily operation of hearing screen services to enhance and ensure effective program management and affiliate hospital coverage
Maintained consistent implementation and adherence to organizational policies and procedures as well as oversight of payroll, time, and attendance, coaching and mentoring of the team’s performance
Participates in the supervision and daily operations of multiple hearing screening programs, including shift coverage and preparation of monthly hearing screen technician schedule
