- Managed and maintained operations and staffing of 8 hospitals: 7 Medical City Locations in the DFW, TX area, and one Covenant Hospital location in Lubbock, TX
- Responsible for coordinating the daily operation of hearing screen services to enhance and ensure effective program management and affiliate hospital coverage
- Maintained consistent implementation and adherence to organizational policies and procedures as well as oversight of payroll, time, and attendance, coaching and mentoring of the team’s performance
- Participates in the supervision and daily operations of multiple hearing screening programs, including shift coverage and preparation of monthly hearing screen technician schedule
- Observes, adheres to, and enforces all established company and hospital policies and procedures, and participates in both company and hospital training/orientation when applicable
- Acts as main point of contact at hospital
- Interacts and develops relationships with hospital departments and Program Medical Director to ensure effective level of collaboration
- Handles and coordinates all facility onboarding requirements - Hospital Orientation, access to hospital EHR Access, training & competency assessment
- Ongoing maintenance of credentialing documents and hospital privileges
- Responsible for managing completion of annual compliance modules of all staff
- Manages time and attendance, reviews and approve payroll
- Responsible for managing employees, coaching & mentoring of team’s performance, conducting performance appraisals, and administering corrective actions when necessary
- Monitors, troubleshoots, and repairs hearing screen equipment, including annual calibration & maintains current certification records
