In 2016 I was recognized by the company for Overall Top Store and Overall Comp Sales. With the help of my fellow associates, we turned around the beauty department in general.
Afterwards, I was also asked for my opinion on future endeavors of the company and strategy plans for going forward.
In January of 2020, I became a mother and due to finances, made the decision to leave the company. We parted on fantastic terms.
April 2011-June 2013-
Began as a cashier, and then became a “27”, or lead cashier. Covered customer service and provided assistance when help was needed.
June 2013-May 2015- Led the Juniors department. Followed floor plans for existing and new merchandise. Provided assistance to both customers and fellow employees. Went above be and beyond with customers, such as locating merchandise at other locations and online if needed.
In August of 2016 I was presented with an award for taking the Beauty department and becoming both the Top Store of that year as well as top Total Comp Sales. The company recognized my hard work and that hard work of my fellow associates who help immensely.
