Summary

To obtain a position as a school teacher in which my educational skills will benefit the students.

I have a very strong interest in pursuing a teaching career at your school. With experience working at both public and private settings, as well as in activities outside of the traditional classroom, I have a diverse background with much to offer. The attached copy of my resume is for your review and consideration. Briefly, my hobbies include visiting plays/museums, painting, reading, writing and mentoring children from my church. I believe I am able to inspire children through my educational skills and creativity. Raising children’s self-esteem is my way of guiding them towards academic success. I believe in teaching the whole child and giving them the opportunity to learn from both the physical environment as well as from interactions between themselves and adults. I have had the opportunity to educate children in different learning levels, mostly ELL students from low-socioeconomic backgrounds. I also have experience teaching children with special needs. I look forward to working in an equal, safe and supportive environment. Teaching is my priority and passion. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate the chance to give back to a community that has played such a big role in my future.
