  • Consistently increased revenues YOY by implementing optimal RM & Commerical strategies. 14.2% RevPAR growth in 2023 vs 2019.
  • Built and cultivated a high-performing team of four which achieved an annual portfolio RGI range from 120.8 to 132.4 , with the greatest of growth coming from ADR the majority of the years (+2.6% to +24.1%).
  • Established collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at our hotels, with ownership groups and key brand and industry clients resulting in the successful performance of 24 select service hotels generating $118.7M in top line revenues this past year.
  • Initiated key Commerical Strategy changes at the beginning of COVID to help drive top line revenues, market share and profitability.
