Oversaw planning, procurement, configuration, and deployment of over 2,000 devices. Developed and executed a risk mitigation plan to ensure seamless implementation. Managed vendor negotiations, coordinated with the network team to ensure reliable connectivity, and worked closely with hospital leadership to deliver a flawless IT environment for the hospital’s grand opening.
  • Board of Regents Asset Management: Designed and executed a comprehensive schedule for physical audits and inventory assessments of approximately 3,000 hospital computer assets for the Board of Regents. Successfully implemented the ServiceNow Asset Management module, centralizing asset data for improved tracking, reporting, and lifecycle management.
