• Develop data driven housing strategies, scenarios and stay vs. go analysis by applying and analyzing headcount forecasts, badge data to understand peak and average attendance and utilization studies to understand which space and how much space is utilized
• Lead and conduct employee engagement including programming, focus groups and business interviews to understand unique business and cultural needs
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing migration plans, restacks and fitchecks ensuring space recommendations and design concepts fit within existing space
• Deliver space recommendations that enhanced user experience by ensuring "right spaces, in the right places, at the right time" for hybrid and remote work strategies
• Oversee global monthly reporting and analysis of attendance, utilization, and days in office obtained through badge data while evaluating and presenting benchmarking and industry trends to stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional project teams including Occupancy Planners, Workplace Strategist, Architects, Design Partners, Project Managers and Change Management to understand financial impacts of proposed housing projects, ensure project schedules and migration plans minimize business disruption and projects adhere to client aligned scope, scheduled and budget
• Drive strong client relationships and deliver successful outcomes to complex problems
• Conduct post-project utilization studies and workpattern surveys to understand how employees are utilizing new spaces, and any adjustments to change management or future designs
• Develop hybrid and remote work strategies to create spaces that attract talent, increase productivity, and bring people back to the office meaningfully while optimizing user experience through data-driven decision-making processes
