Designed, oversaw, and delivered tailored instruction and intervention (school-wide reteach & enrich) identifying deficiencies and gaps through reliable screeners (administered by my Title 1 team), targeting gaps with individualized instruction & intervention for rapid growth & student improvement, monitoring student progress for all students (400 total), while implementing behavior strategies to enhance learning. Collaborated with teachers, parents, and colleagues to develop support plans & mentored new teachers in assessments, documentation, and instructional best practices.
