• Provided system support and technical expertise to Engineers using MagicDraw and VSEM.
• Collaborated with cross-functional team to develop robust MagicDraw-VSEM plugin tool.
• Elicited requirements from cross-functional stakeholders to research development of data simulation system.
• Collaborated with team of Engineers to model data simulation system based on stakeholders inputs, extensive research, and relevant assumptions.
• Used software to evaluate and interpret data, and made recommendations from findings.
• Created visualizations to present research findings to stakeholders.

• Planned, coordinated, and managed complex housing make-ready process with multiple vendors, from departure of previous occupant to arrival of new occupant, for 88+ US Embassy housing units.
• Updated US Embassy housing policies to meet changing needs of embassy community.
• Configured and deployed internal housing app to manage all housing move-out, make-ready, and move-in activities, as well as customer portal.

• Cultivated project timelines, documentation, processes and updates to develop and manage system deployment plans for over 20 customer programs.
• Coordinated and managed internal projects and assignments to deliver seamless rollout.
• Organized project implementation resources and leveraged expertise to assist organizational rollout.
• Evaluated and defined internal and customer needs, implementing processes to address requirements.
• Led custom product training and deployment to meet organizational goals.
