With experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, I provide counseling, rehabilitation, and support services tailored to various challenges such as mental health disorders, family dynamics, marital issues, behavioral concerns, school-based difficulties, and trauma. I have training in and utilize therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Trauma, as well as worked with Mindfulness, Behavioral Rehearsal/Role-Playing, Gottman Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
