Systems Analyst for the FDD team, focused on mapping one of the largest, most complex claim processing systems in the company. Systems Architect for the Constituent and Customer Services group. Program included an eight-month long project assigned by the CIO. Within the challenge, led a group of 12 to deliver a white paper, implementation plan, and presentation for a solution aimed at achieving a Product Focused Environment through Service Oriented Architecture.
Following completion of Technology Development Program, accepted a final position as a Systems Analyst within the Constituent and Customer Services group specialized in creating a one-stop application for all call center agents.
