-Field verify vegetation near high voltage transmission lines with the use of LiDAR data.

-Follow vegetation management program scope, and PG&E standards and specifications.

-Conduct thorough assessments of vegetation and growth rates of differing species in various environments.

-Perform hazard tree risk assessments of vegetation posing risk to PG&E facilities.

-Participate in helicopter inspections to determine hazardous vegetation to PG&E facilities.

-Deliver prescriptive work planning to help determine methods of cutting and removing timber with minimum waste and environmental damage.

-Provide proper notification to property owners/agencies when tree work will occur and will obtain any necessary authorizations from the property owners/agencies to perform the tree work.

-Provide excellent service and attention to customers and acts as a customer relation representative on behalf of PG&E. Educates the public on PG&E standards, scope of work, and regulations.

-Participate in Contractor safety and tailboard meetings to ensure regulatory safety, standards and work procedures.

-Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations including: Annual permits, Encroachment permits, Traffic Control Plans, Caltrans permits, and environmental protection measures.

-Managed a team of six employees in Lake and Mendocino county.

-Provide support/management of VMI's for routine, emergency, and/or other special projects as they relate to clients vegetation management programs.

-Delegate work routes to VMI’s and perform desktop reviews of work package. Supervises/conducts inspections.

-Prepare for status meetings and report out to the client and DRG management on the team's progress. Work closely with managers and tree crews to assess production, coordinate projects and tree work.

-Responsible for reporting urgent and immediate vegetation hazards directly to the client.

-Attend daily safety and operations briefings.

-Work directly with multiple agencies. Maintain working relationship with all public agencies including but not limited to Caltrans, CalFire, USFS, and BLM.

-Frequently running reports and updating data within PG&E’s VMD.

-Update and print ETGIS patrol maps. Review any completed index maps per mapping procedure.

-Oversee field safety, customer relations, public safety, permit compliance, and team performance.

-Perform weekly audits to assure individual work quality, and field validation for work verification findings.

-Perform investigation and documentation of tree-related outages.

-Assist team in resolving refusals.

-Performed daily inspections on vegetation near high voltage lines. Started my career specializing in distribution(12kv), Routine, CEMA and Reliability projects, and then Transmission lines(60kv, 115kv, 230kv).

-Assessed vegetation by foot, ATV and helicopter inspections.

-Studied different tree species classification, life history, light and soil requirements, adaptation to new environmental conditions and resistance to disease and insects.

-Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
