Like a surgeon, I assess the vital organs of the business—people, process, culture, and compliance—and work closely with ownership and executive teams to triage what’s urgent, create a strategic treatment plan, and execute with precision. Once the foundation is solid, I build the infrastructure that allows for a long-term, sustainable HR presence—often replacing myself with a lower-cost, internal leader who can carry the torch forward using the systems I’ve designed. This model protects the business, supports the team, and maximizes ROI.
