• Critical thinking approach to guide data gathering, assessment, nursing judgment, intervention, and evaluation.
• To delegate, coordinate and manage all aspects of nursing care provided to all the patients.
• Change dressings for burn patients, which were at times very intense.
Kidney/Pancreas Transplant Nurse Coordinator
• Assess, plan and coordinate inpatient and outpatient care throughout pre, peri, and postoperative duration.
• Ensure continuity of patient care through educational, consultative and direct care activities.
• Collaborate with various clinical and administrative departments to arrange evaluation clearance to proceed with transplant surgery.
• Evaluate living donors for Children’s Hospital and clearing them for surgery.
