I have been in the customer service industry in one capacity or another for my entire adult life. I started at my first Culver's in 2001 just after graduation, worked at Maurice's clothing store, sold life insurance by appointment in home and over the phone, and also scheduled appointments and did reception at Mayo Clinic Health System. I have always had a position where I handled money, whether it be deposits at night or setting up the cash drawers in the morning or just handling getting change throughout the day. I am a mom and I am a very hard worker. I am a team player and have always done better with a team setting, whether that be in the sports I used to play or with the teams I have been a part of in my working career.
