I would also have to move hardware, shelves, signage to accompany new items coming. I would have to train and update standards with them whenever changes were made. I also had to manage the floor associates cashiers plus fitting rooms. I had 2 hr. projected goals for all departments that we had to meet. I trained associates on how to engage with customers and try and upsell products as well. I would also have to do opening and closing procedures such as counting tills, light cleaning, office work, daily scheduling of associates.
