I have been in customer service related positions for over 30 years. I'm an organized and dependable candidate who is successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I have a willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
Client confidentiality is of the highest importance. I am able to maintain the ability to not disclose any personal information that could jeopardize the client's identity or finances. I have aced all of my compliances regarding client privacy and federal laws.
I am excellent at hands on training ( I learn best that way) and learn my position very quickly. I have been acknowledged over the years with many accolades for job well done and customer satisfaction.
I have a friendly, warm, respectful telephone voice that makes clients feel comfortable when speaking with me.
I believe that if you should treat people the way they want to be treated. That philosophy has served me well over the years.
I am very involved in my son's baseball life. I am co-team mom for his travel ball team and volunteer for his high school varsity team. I help organize meals and get donations for the team before games. I try to attend every game that I possibly can and be his number one cheerleader. I know it is extremely important that children receive the support from their parents as much as possible.
We are also involved with child cancer and research (specifically leukemia). Our family encourages people to donate blood and plasma to help support childhood illnesses. This project is very near and dear to our hearts.
On a fun note, my husband and I try to spend as much family time with our children as much as possible. Our favorite thing to do is visit Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, Alabama. We fill so relaxed and enjoy our time together whenever there is a beach around.
Recently, I have discovered hiking. I enjoy the beauty surrounding the Dunes and really take in the calmness of the area with the crashing of the waves. It truly is a stress reliever.
