  • I worked with pharmacy's taking care of all their technical issues with equipment and medications in process of workflow
  • I had to follow escalation processes if the issue wasn't resolved but also had to follow up on issues to make sure they were resolved
  • I was asked by management to clear the bucket out everyday which i had to look at open tickets to see if the issue was resolved if the notes didn't explain it i would have to call the pharmacy's back to verify the issue was resolved or not.
