Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site - Department of Energy

• Environmental compliance in relation to RCRA, DOT, CERCLA and TSCA regulations, environmental point of contact for the D&D of the Building 779 Pad and surrounding areas
• Reviewed and assisted with the writing of Building Closeout Reports before and after submittal to CDPH&E and DOE
• Owner/custodian of several RCRA -90 day, Universal Waste and Non-Routine Sanitary Waste Units
• Provided oversight for site- wide chemical procurement and tracking programs
• Procured majority of chemicals for Rocky Flats, approximately $300,000 a year
• Coordinated and managed logistically and environmentally the removal of over 500 gas cylinders through redistribution, disposal or venting of the cylinders
