BUMCP Shared Leadership

Participated in ICU shared leadership. Projects include Dancing for Stroke fundraiser, Star RN/PCA spotlight awards, volunteer hours at Ben's Bells, Project Care, Girls on the Run, and Feed My Starving Children. Also served on the Donation Workflow and BUMCP 4 Hope subcommittees, a year round sub committee geared towards events and activities for Donation Month at BUMCP. During this time we implemented the Bens Bells program, the hero in the house flag and light display in the healing garden, volunteered at donor registration drives at college campuses, Arizona Diamondbacks game, and Phoenix Pride, and completed a survey interview with Donor Network of Arizona Research Partners in their research and planning group. Have also attended the Donor Network of Arizona Annual Symposium offered at the Desert Willow Conference Center.
