Every job I have had has allowed me to develop relationships with people. I strive to gain people's respect and trust. I will never forget my time in Housekeeping at a nursing home in New Ulm. The residents were so appreciative of a clean floor, empty garbage cans and a clean wheelchair. For many of them, the staff was their family and that still brings a smile to my face today.
