At McAuliffe Elementary School I am the team chair, social committee chair, FACES representative, and Family and Community Engagement Committee Chair. I am a mentor to a new staff member from Participate Learning.

• Collaborated with math coach to create professional development for new staff on math block and VDOE Rich Math Tasks.
• Modified general education curriculum for special-needs students based upon a variety of instructional techniques and technologies.
• Collaborate with PTA president to effectuate successful PTA events, including but not limited to Winter Carnival, Glow Dance and Read-A-Thon.
