Being part of a school bus company for many years, I have grown from a school bus attendant, to a school bus driver, to a school bus trainer and office assistance. I have a strong understanding of effective routing and transportation. I also have knowledge of School Bus Training and Office Assistant (some Assistant Management) and DOT compliance requirements as well as state compliance. I am highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy with commitment to customer service and meeting deadlines. I am a driven leader to motivate and develop employees to the best they can be. I seem to have a good rapport with all school districts involved with our location as well as parents who may call with issues they may have.
