Jennifer Kuhn

As the Supervisor, my job is to help lead the Cosmetology Department, as well as help grow our students. I help plan and expand our education. I am in charge of making schedules and planning continued education for the team as well. Handling client and student challenges was also a task I thrived in. Other things I have done include:

• Developed staff skills through targeted training programs, resulting in improved performance and career growth opportunities.
• Enhanced communication within the team by holding regular meetings and encouraging open dialogue among all members.
• Oversaw daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows.

I am still currently a stylist behind the chair, as it has been a passion of mine since I was young. The doors that have opened, and opportunities from this career have taken me many places; but this is one that I always want to have. Some of my responsibilities include:

• Kept work areas, tools, and equipment clean and properly sanitized to minimize disease transfer and health risk of shared environment.
• Monitored current trends to understand fashions and better serve customer needs.

As a sales consultant, my job was to help grow our business and show other schools how they could be successful with our program. With it still being an Eric Fisher company, I was right at home and grew quickly. I left to come back to the school because my passion was teaching. Other things I did included:

My job was to educate the students and lead by example. I was able to grow and move into a different position within one of Eric's companies, so I left for a few years to thrive there. Some of my other responsibilities included:
