  • Support three different processes which are measured by Prudential Financial. These processes are; Claims Quality (CQ), Call Center Service Quality (SQ) and Death No Pay Quality (DNP). It was incumbent upon myself to support the team by maintaining an average quality score of 92% or higher in all three areas. The overall team requirement is 90% average. A total of 15 process days are allowed for processing each claim in order to be in total compliance.
  • Identified and referred unresolved customer grievances to the correctly designed department for further analysis and subsequent investigation and resolution.
