• Develop, conduct, and evaluate programmatic admission requirements as well as conduct interviews, orientation of new students, and job placement of graduates.
• Hire, assign and supervise all full / part time program faculty.
• Counsel all prospective and current students for course scheduling, academic process, assessment of weakness and application for graduation.
• Develop and implement remediation plans for all students not meeting academic standards and monitor progress with frequent communication.
• Develop, review, revise and evaluate program curriculum, instruction, course outlines, as well as the Student Handbook and Clinical Manual.
