Manages vendor relations and HR issues in conjunction with HR business partner
Interpret client requirements in order to assist with contingent workforce placement
Responsible for contingent workforce recruiting activities
Responsible for screening candidate pool for highly quality candidates
Communicate directly with the Hiring Managers and the client to coordinate interviews and obtain feedback
Negotiate bills rates to align with current market rates for multiple geographical locations based on project needs and candidate skill level
Initiate and manage the onboarding process to ensure a timely placement to meet the client’s needs
This includes initiating the background investigation, creating the Statement of Work and Purchase Order to insure CGI is audit compliant
Coordinate logistics, first day reporting and direct CGI asset order, delivery and collection upon termination
Provide contingent workforce reporting to the CGI sector leads and business unit
Facilitate the addition of new approved vendors and execute contracts (Teaming Agreements, Master Staffing Firm Agreements (MSFA) and Subcontractor Agreements) Educate new vendors on CGI Policies and Procedures to ensure quality candidates are provided and the Contractor Management process is followed
Facilitate the creation of Njoyn profiles to allow vendors to receive requisition broadcasts, submit candidates and approve Statements of Work
Provide guidance to new and existing vendors when concerns arise regarding the vendor and/or contract resource
Root cause analysis of invoice exceptions to determine the error and provide a solution
Assist Recruiting and Hiring Managers in the contractor conversion process
This includes determining who is eligible for conversion based on the Master Staffing Firm Agreement and current immigration status
Once identified, I partner with the business and Recruiting to initiate the conversion process
This includes (but not limited to) salary discussions, providing benchmarking, providing vendor updates (as per the MSFA) and extending offer letters
Assist the vendor in immigration related requests such as H1b letters, RFE and audit responses
Identifying eligible candidates based on skill set and current immigration status
This is to ensure the contract to hire process proceeds as smoothly as possible and prevent delays to converting.
