Summary

I got started as a kennel assistant upon graduating high school in 1989 and decided to pursued degree in Veterinary Technology in 1994; while raising 2 small children and working part time in both private and emergency practices. My aunt inspired me to become a veterinary technician as she once was herself. I have been involved in veterinary medicine for 33 years with primary involvement in small animal practice but have enjoyed working with reptiles, some exotics, and wildlife. I am a very detail oriented person & am a firm believer in "work smarter, not harder". I cannot imagine my life without being involved in veterinary medicine; this is my passion. References and letter of recommendation available upon request.
