Lead the Banking and Capital Markets team for Capgemini. Successfully won a new Wealth Management client to redesign and engineer their website for better conversion, integrated the experience for clients during a merger and integration of four entities and led the redesign and replatforming of a fleet vehicle company.
Led the Conduent Digital Innovation Team who worked to re-envision the experiences for products and services like EZ Pass, Medicaid, HR Processes and Patient Experiences. Engaged with internal leaders and external clients to re-imagine the future of their business or service.
Led the financial services group for Accenture Interactive. Successfully sold a Digital Transformation for a large insurance company including the data integration, marketing technology transformation, site design and marketing programs. Acted as CMO for a new insurance product from strategy through product development and design to implementation.
Led the strategy, research, design, development and measurement practice helping clients design and develop transformative products. Managed 400 person team who help to deliver exceptional experiences to customers and employees across all industries including everything from call center redesigns to SAP implementations to Apple Watch apps all based upon Design Thinking principles and Agile development processes.
Led the consumer bank team for the Bank of America account. Managed the integration of all marketing including brand advertising, digital and direct marketing, public relations, etc. across many agency networks. Drove marketing strategy for all segments of the consumer bank from product inception through GTM plans.

Managed American Express account for all Latin America. Recommended and implemented regional compensation structure resulting in 25% income growth.
