  • Collaborated with a cross-departmental Committee of 3 in the development of Trusted Advisor Pathway Evolution - Desk Version in 2023. This included the creation of a Client Engagement Tool to be used by all Retail Sales Associates and a company wide rollout to over 200 employees to be trained in person over a 3 month period.
  • Created a two-day in-person Trusted Advisor Pathway - Desk curriculum which uses the Tell, Show, Do and CORE training methods to take a deep dive into each step of the Trusted Advisor Pathway Sales process using a newly developed Client Engagement Tool. This curriculum included the casting, scripting & editing of detailed instructional videos for each step in the process and the organization and collaboration with other L&D team members for filming.
  • Collaborated with a team of 3 to create the company objection and concern resolution model and roll it out to the retail team.
  • Collaborated with Marketing and L&D Admin to create a resource page specifically geared toward the training and coaching of the Trusted Advisor Pathway for all Retail employees.
  • Collaborated with Consumer Sales and Service Leader to create a one day in person coaching class specifically designed around the coaching of the new TAP process and rolled this out to over 120 leaders and coaches company wide.
  • Developed the Consumer Lending Workshop Curriculum including a Pre-Work Workbook, Two day in person workshop, 1 day job shadow with the Consumer Lending Team, 60-day follow up call, Resource Web page, and collaborate with the Director of Consumer Lending and our Compliance Officers to provide monthly continuing education with an average of 140 participants.
  • Updated and refined The Coaching Model for the bank and rolled out a one day in person Managing Retail Sales class around branch leadership expectations and developing strong coaching skills in our Retail Leaders.
  • Collaborated with Retail Leadership to identify skill gaps amongst our frontline team members and retail sales associates and then developed Retail Quarterly Skill Builds which are held quarterly in 6 locations simultaneously in conjunction with District Sales meetings to maintain focus and forward momentum toward the development of skilled Trusted Advisors.
  • Collaborated with Market President to fill an immediate need to create Commerical Lending SWAP loan training which was rolled out within a month to over 100 participants.
  • Collaborated with the Director of Small Business Banking, VP Commercial Operations Manager and Business Banking Underwriting Officer to create a a new curriculum - Small Business Lending Fundamentals for all Branch Managers as well as Relationship Bankers on a career path to become BMs. This two day in person class teaches prospecting, pre-call planning, conducting Small Business needs discovery conversations, recommending solutions, understanding business financials and loan process workflow as well as practical application of these skills. This class was rolled out to the entire branch leadership team and immediately resulted in a 27.4% increase in production YOY.
  • Served as part the Employer of Choice committee for two years. During that time, participated in several company initiatives which included the Internal Kindness Campaign, the Wellness Committee, Premier Pointers, and Internal Communications committees. Twp significant results were the increase in our bereavement leave time and the Reindeer 5k tradition at Premier Bank.
