Responsibilities:

• Work with in-house production teams to create branded content or series.
• Coordinate & or Manage all departments for production.
• Build budgets and provide production consultation for bidding budgets. Calculate and submit overages.
• Research & Insights
• Source and negotiate crew, location, and vendor contracts.
• Work with high-level clients and all different sizes of crews from 3-300+. Ability to work with small skeleton crews to produce high-level content on lower budget projects, small businesses, or smaller social projects.
• Create and organize administrative and production documents, such as spreadsheets, decks, pre-production books, etc.
• Manage and submit payroll.
• High-level management of set and crew on shoot days.
• Graphic design, creative writing, copywriting, photo editing, and video editing (depending on the production needs).
• Post-production + Editing.

• Work with the marketing team to create digital assets and ideate content for the Autonomy Brand; produce video and photo content for various social channels, website, and other marketing materials.
• Source Locations and real people talent for video and photo content.
• Create budgets and build relationships with crew members and vendors to work with the company for these types of projects.
• Project-by-project basis for different live installations, brand sponsorships, or staff events. (Examples: Shroomboom LA 2022, PRIDE 2022 Windows Project)
• Help ideate SWAG and marketing items with the creative director. Organize orders, and source vendors for customers.
• Campaign creation for holiday content self coordinated + filmed for editor.
• Post-production management.

• Manage all office and in-house responsibilities and operations for the executive team and their schedules.
• Streamline company procedures for hired project teams and manage the project's schedule from pre-production to post-production.
• Report to the executive team on all final documentation/ Management of production bible + protocols
• Help manage the represented roster of directors in support of the production company.
• Coordinate communication between teams in New York and the UK.
