

Dedicated and passionate cellist with over a decade of experience in performance and ensemble collaboration. Began formal cello studies at the School of Music in Cuba at the age of 8, where I received music history, music theory, harmony, counterpoint, choir and piano classes, ultimately earning the Best Performance Award in 2018. Graduated in Cello Performance in 2022 and currently pursuing studies at the University of Louisville School of Music. Experienced ensemble performer with three years in the Las Tunas Symphony Orchestra and volunteer work with the KMA Community Orchestra and other organizations. Skilled in performing for diverse audiences at events such as naturalization ceremonies, weddings, graduations, and the community (nursing homes, hospitals, cultural exchanges, etc). Committed to artistic excellence, cultural engagement, and sharing the joy of music through performance and collaboration.
