I’m passionate about people, personal growth, and driving meaningful change. With over 30 years of experience in leadership, coaching, and mentoring across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals realize their potential and organizations strengthen their impact.
My professional journey began in psychology and expanded into organizational leadership, including founding my own coaching business focused on one-on-one development and group training. I’ve worked extensively with at-risk youth and adults, helping to build mentoring and leadership skills in diverse communities. From volunteering in Los Angeles classrooms to supporting education through missions in Honduras, I thrive where purpose meets service.
Driven by a desire to sharpen my business acumen, I earned my Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Psychology, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA. One of my proudest moments was leading a team to first place in the 2025 Trisha Yarbrough Collaborative Research Competition, hosted by the Alpha Chi National Honor Society. While having a desire for detail I also maintain a soft spot for creativity. Whether I’m crocheting, nurturing my garden, mapping out a project, or designing in Canva, I enjoy creating from a hands-on approach and with visuals.
I bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and high-efficiency multitasking, along with a sincere love of learning. I’m now seeking to connect and collaborate with individuals and organizations committed to growth, excellence, and human-centered leadership.

Radical Transformations: Seeds of Promise
Authored under pseudonym Pearline Richardson
Date of Publication: May 13, 2020
Review by Sid Wilson (SUPERVISOR, WestBow Press)
Radical Transformations: Seeds of Promise is a powerful and uplifting testimony to the boundless, life-changing power of God, especially in the lives of today’s struggling youth. Richardson’s firsthand account offers a window into the often-hidden world of addiction, poverty, and despair, yet she frames each story with an unwavering sense of hope and faith. The book stands as both a heartfelt collection of personal narratives and a beacon of inspiration for anyone seeking evidence of God’s enduring grace.
One of the most striking aspects of Radical Transformations is its authenticity and emotional depth. Richardson does not shy away from portraying the harsh realities faced by young people—addiction, broken families, poverty, and the temptations that threaten to consume them. Yet, woven throughout every account is the remarkable presence of God, stepping into lives at the very brink of destruction and planting seeds of promise in the soil of chaos. Richardson's writing is honest and direct, yet overflows with compassion, making each story deeply relatable and profoundly moving. The transformative journeys documented in these pages serve as powerful reminders that no situation is beyond God’s reach. Richardson eloquently describes how God's intervention often takes place in the darkest moments, pausing lives just long enough for a miracle to enter in. She celebrates the courage and resilience of youth who have been lifted from despair into hope, not by their own strength, but by the incredible, redeeming love of God. Her narrative celebrates not just the act of rescue, but also the ongoing process of rebuilding, healing, and living in newness of life.
Pearline Richardson’s approach is both raw and restorative. She honors the pain, mistakes, and struggles of her subjects, but never loses sight of the hope that undergirds every story. Through these testimonies, she encourages readers—whether they are parents, mentors, or young people themselves—to believe in the power of prayer, compassion, and the possibility of radical change, no matter how dire the situation.
Ultimately, Radical Transformations: Seeds of Promise is more than a collection of testimonies; it is a spirit-filled celebration of redemption, hope, and the seeds God plants in every life. Pearline Richardson has crafted a work that will inspire, encourage, and move readers to trust in the possibility of transformation, even in the most unlikely of circumstances. This book is a must-read for anyone who believes in the potential for change and the miraculous power of God’s love.
