  • Revamped the Super User Program for better engagement – created new scripts and eLearnings to assist with further engagement of Super Users
  • Participated in the successful migration to Hyperdrive:
  • Accessed the impact on current training – tested curriculum and made changes based on the updates to Epic, updated Learning Pathways with new eLearnings
  • Communicated the changes at Super User meeting to ensure end users were prepared
