Accurately enter required job information into dispatching system and create all job tickets
Analyze and review new and existing job tickets then flag urgent requests to expedite scheduling
Review service call types and match jobs according to skill level of available technicians to ensure repairs can be efficiently completed
Update master dispatch board and technician scheduling portal with any schedule changes including rescheduled jobs and cancellations
Effectively communicate between field technicians and clients the status of repairs
Report to management the status of ongoing jobs and projects
audit open job tickets to locate job's to be rescheduled, work with residents, property managers and building managers to reschedule and complete repairs
Coordinate with condominium associations and utility companies to temporarily suspend service to complete plumbing repair and/or maintenance
Work with vendors to coordinate ordering materials ordering and scheduling for larger projects
