  • The holder of this position will be responsible for supporting both manual and robotic spray paint operations.
  • Activities of the Lead Team were concentrated on new procedures and facility improvements pertaining to the Paint Shop.
  • By installing and maintaining VOC monitoring measures for paints and solvents, you may assist the Environmental Health and Safety team. To make sure that new paint and solvent material adheres to standards, review the product material data sheets.
  • Reduce robotic downtime by routinely and proactively tracking component performance and spare part status. Prioritize your schedule for urgent replacement, paying special attention to the robots that are having the most problems.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of integrated systems for people, materials, and equipment.
  • Every manual spraying and robotic spraying procedure should be improved gradually and continuously, and the work should be documented as standard.
