• Work with couples to improve their relationships, using effective communication, conflict resolution, and goal setting techniques to help couples strengthen their connection and overcome challenges.
• Facilitate the key skills that couples must develop, some of them are: empathy, effective communication, active listening, conflict resolution, empowerment, ability to set goals, flexibility, confidentiality, knowledge of relationships, ability to set limits.
• Set appointments and organize meetings for the department and managers.
• Compilation of reports for different departments as needed.
• Participating in the recruitment process.
• Post job announcements and organize resumes and job applications.
• Schedule of job interviews.
• Ensure that background checks (ADP) are completed.
• Preparation of new employee files.
• In charge of human resources orientation.
• Work with IT department to set up a workstation, designated login, email address, badges, drive access and any other access.
• Completion of the benefits enrollment process.
• Serve as a contact person for all new employee questions.
• Answer payroll questions.
• Maintain current human resources files and databases.
• Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
• Maintain records related to complaints, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct of file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
• Planning and organization of events in the company.
• Planning educational meetings for 401K enrollments, benefit enrollment meetings, health fair for the Wellness Program, among others.
• Special projects, for example: updating the job description.
• Cornerstone training:
• Keep the system updated.
• Update SOP in the system.
• Assign training to employees.
• Inform managers about the new SOP implemented.
• Supervise and facilitate the teaching practices of students in schools and educational centers.
• Establish collaborations with external educational institutions to ensure high-quality practice experiences.
• Evaluate and give feedback to students and internship supervisors.
• Support students in their academic and personal experience.
• Manage orientation and mentoring programs.
• Facilitate problem solving and support on issues related to student well-being.
