• Provide timely responses to clinicians with assisting schedules and consistent communication with therapists regarding documentation, insurance authorization, changes to schedule, etc
• Frequent use of email, excel, word, phone and text for communication with clinicians and various contracted agencies as well as weekly meetings for Medicare management of clinician's caseload
• Documentation review, referrals, EMR QA, frequency checker, assigning therapists to proper location with correct EMR system, customer service, Quality Assurance reporting through data management

• Responsibilities of position include all aspects of patient care, use of modalities, manual therapy techniques, scar management, range of motion exercises, dexterity training, patient education, strengthening exercises, nerve glides, functional activities and splinting
• Manage patient schedules and re-evaluations.
