Responsible for monitoring and entering attendance of multiple classrooms, provide resources to families, conduct monthly parent meetings regarding upcoming events, completing enrollment paperwork, family goals / Conducted weekly home visits, completed service plans.

Responsible for overseeing 4 foster care case managers in private agency to ensure compliance with Department of Human Services and State of Michigan child welfare policies, procedures and regulations.

Responsible for investigating child abuse and neglect cases, interviewed children and parents to determine abuse or neglect, wrote dispositional summaries of investigations, managed family team meetings, and facilitated family services, conducted removal of children from parental homes, including preparation of court petitions for probable cause, attended court hearings.

Responsible for foster care case load of 20-30 youth of all ages, visited children monthly, wrote service plans, prepared exception reports for funding approval, and conducted family team meetings. Also, facilitated services for families, prepared parent treatment plans to enable families to be reunited with their children, attended court hearings, prepared family progress reports.
