Additional Information

From April 2017 - November 2017, I was asked to be part of a team of Field Trainers that presented and taught a new loan operating system nationwide to other Fifth Third mortgage loan officers. Part of my job was to travel to different areas in Fifth Third's footprint to present and teach this system to other mortgage loan officers. When not traveling to present this system, myself and my team would act as system experts and answer & assist calls from mortgage loan officers who were experiencing known and unknown errors.
