* Active in Civil War Re-enacting - researching and re creating historical clothing and hats for myself and my family.  Travel all over the country attending events and educating the public.  

* Volunteer at Historic Charleton Park in Hastenings, MI - working in the schoolhouse and tavern and educating school children on how things were in the 1800's.

* Successfully have run several estate sales for friends and family (including my mother). Organized, cleaned and priced items and ran the sale with assistance of a few people. 

* Worked many years ago at Colonial Williamsburg in WIlliamsburg, Va as an interpreter in the millenary shop.
