  • Assist the Director of Federal Funds & the Executive Director of Human Resources with the development, selection, and mentor process for the Grow Your Own Grant that awarded six paraprofessionals $76,500 of scholarship stipends to gain teaching certifications
  • Assist campus administrators and district department staff with employee appraisal system needs: T-TESS training, creation of evaluation forms, rosters, and system set-up
  • Developed a substitute training program that consisted of 4 sessions and a stipend upon completion that assisted with the development, recruitment and retention for substitutes
