Develop and facilitate the District's annual virtual teacher job fair, create digital booths for all 21 campuses & 6 district departments, 200+ applicants, and coordinate training for campus/district administrators for the event
Collaborate with the Communications Department to create graphic designs used for publication to social media & local news/media groups to promote the district
Establish relationships with area collegiate and teaching certification program directors to enhance efforts to recruit future student teachers, observers & future employees
Improve current programs & create others to support and engage staff including: First Year Teacher Program, Mentor Program (new to district), and Recruiting Teams to support the 740+ new district employees in 2021-22 school year

Assist the Director of Federal Funds & the Executive Director of Human Resources with the development, selection, and mentor process for the Grow Your Own Grant that awarded six paraprofessionals $76,500 of scholarship stipends to gain teaching certifications
Assist campus administrators and district department staff with employee appraisal system needs: T-TESS training, creation of evaluation forms, rosters, and system set-up
