Accomplishments
- Achieved creating a document manual library by taking the initiative of having all OEM manuals scanned and uploaded into the ERP system from all locations worldwide. When electrical and maintenance technicians were to work on any machine the manuals and drawings were at their fingertips and could diagnose and repair machines in a more timely matter. This made everyone's job more efficient. These documents were also available in a physical location at the corporate office.
- Resolved inventory storage shortage by evaluating and presenting a solution for creating a new inventory room for electrical inventory. Once approved I set up to have the room constructed, ordered shelving and bins for all products. I updated the ERP system with location, shelf number, and bin numbers. Inventory counts were made and updated along with evaluating min/max levels.
