  • Daily responsibilities would include Client interaction with extensive travel throughout the US to multiple Insurance Carrier's locations
  • Personal book of business included 5 national insurance carriers with approximately 2.7 million in membership
  • Successfully 'Onboard' a new Insurance Carrier onto our platform, from both an IT perspective as well as a Business Operations perspective
  • Since the inception of the Affordable Care Act I have led a team of 25-30 individuals to onboard approximately 1.6 million in membership
  • Successfully 'Onboard' 11 State Based Marketplaces and 36 Federally Facilitated Marketplaces onto our platform for our Insurance Carrier partners
  • Navigating the regulatory differences between State and Federal, my leadership and SME knowledge led a team of 40-50 developers, business rule teams and testing analysts to accurately onboard these entities
  • Created an exclusive relationship with CMS as well as AHIP to create the 'Alpha' group of Insurance Issuers, used as a team of thought leaders to aid the FFM/CMS in the implementation of the ACA
